By placing an order or booking a repair, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian.

Purchases

Product Descriptions: We aim for accuracy, but minor variations (color, specifications, packaging) may occur.

Pricing & Payments: Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full before dispatch.

Order Acceptance: Orders are only confirmed once payment is received and you get an official confirmation email/receipt.

Shipping & Delivery: Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

Risk & Ownership: Ownership transfers to you once payment is completed and the product is delivered.

Repairs & Services

Device Assessment: Repair timelines and costs are estimates. Final charges may vary depending on diagnosis.

Data & Backup: Customers are responsible for backing up their data before handing in devices. We are not liable for data loss.

Third-Party Parts: Some repairs may use high-quality third-party parts. We will inform you in advance where applicable.

Warranty on Repairs: Repairs may come with a limited warranty (typically 30–60 days depending on service). Warranty covers only the specific issue repaired and not new or unrelated faults.

Unclaimed Devices: Devices left uncollected for more than 60 days may be considered abandoned, and we reserve the right to dispose of them.

Returns & Refunds

Products: Items can be returned within 7 days if unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Some products (e.g., software, consumables) are non-returnable.

Repairs: Repair service fees are non-refundable once the service is completed. If the same issue reoccurs within the warranty period, we will fix it at no extra cost.

Refund Process: Approved refunds are issued within 7–14 business days, via the original payment method.

Liability

We are not responsible for indirect losses (lost profits, data loss, downtime, etc.).

Our liability for any product or service is limited to the amount paid by the customer for that product or service.
